The meeting which took place in todays lesson consists of reflection time of the filming process which took place in the earlier weeks of the year. In this meeting we have planed to set goals on which tasks we will need to completed in order to gain feedback from our target audience.
When shooting the video we have face a variety of different problems and difficulties in while shooting. One of the problems we faced is acquiring the flare prop, due to the timings we filmed we were unable to gain the flat on the same day of filming, this set us back in regards to the filming schedule. However due to team members "Doaa,Zacaria and Jack" contributing more money we were able to obtain another flare stick which would prove to be more effective. During the filming process we have decided to create different experimental shots in which we are unsure that we are going to use. We decided to not use the GoPro camera, although we have taken the camera to various locations we decided not to use the camera as we did not believe a shot using the GoPro camera would suit our music video. However we are pleased in the shots we have taken and believe that we are able to create a visually stimulating music video.
During the the filming process the three (Doaa,Jack and Zacaria) were able to contribute ideas and responsibilities together, We decided to share responsibilities of job roles as we believe that the group work can be split evenly and therefore split the time.

This is the action plan is a plan in which needs to be finished in the month of January, The groups members can spilt responsibility of the tasks and therefore allow us to complete the tasks faster and easier. Time management is a key responsibility which is imperative for our success.
